Your dashboard shows the submission status. An administrator may approve it, request changes, or reject information that cannot be published safely or accurately.

Have the organisation’s public name, contact email, sport, city, address or service area, and a clear description ready. Explain what people can access, who it is intended for, and how they should contact you.

URLs and contact details should belong to the organisation or clearly describe the destination and its purpose.
Publication and indexation
A page can be published for users while remaining noindex until its usefulness, evidence, freshness, and governance gates are met.

Before you list a sports venue
Do I need an account?
Yes. The native Listing Sports account connects the submission to your private My Listings dashboard and prevents another member from editing it.
Is submission the same as approval?
No. A submission enters editorial review. The public listing is created or updated only after an authorised administrator approves the information.
Can I edit the submission later?
Yes. The owner can use My Listings to update an owned submission. Published directory governance remains controlled by authorised CMS staff.
Can I submit ratings or customer reviews?
No fabricated or unverifiable reviews should be submitted. Listing Sports currently focuses on factual profiles, provenance, useful links, and transparent status information.
